Returns
We want you and your pet to feel confident in every purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned.

How to start a return: Please email support@petivabrands.com. Do not send items back without prior written approval. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note:

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

  • For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable consumables (including pet treats and supplements)

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (such as balms or sprays once opened)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the right item is to return the approved product and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@petivabrands.com.
